Senior CommUnity Care of Michigan is a service of Volunteers of America. VOA is a respected nonprofit, faith-based organization. Nationwide, VOA helps nearly 2 million people every year through health services and programs for children, teens, adults and entire families.
Our mission is to provide health care services and support for elders living in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties and select zip codes of adjacent counties. This will help seniors stay independent, healthy, connected with friends and family in the community, and living at home.
The Senior CommUnity Care of Michigan team includes health care professionals who know how to manage the care of the elderly. The team creates a personal health care plan for every participant. This plan will help monitor changes in health care needs. It also helps manage all health care services and provide support for participants in the home and our Center. The team includes:
